Grounds Manager
Plan and Manage grounds budget. Purchase
and ensure equipment is maintained.
Attend a grounds man course. Purchase
winter maintenance materials. Organise
work teams and paid contractors. Liaise
with PTC and EHDC.
Liaise with experts as
necessary.
Liaise with Fixtures
Secretary. Approx 3 hours per week Mar to
Nov.
Public Relations Manager
Role to raise the profile of the club. Liaise with press each month.
Write a newsletter for members. Collate
information for Fixture Card and arrange production and distribution to teams.
Approx 4
hours per month.
Sponsorship Secretary
Find sources of sponsorship for club and liaise with
existing sponsors to ensure continued support for advertising in fixture card.
Hours determined by
own enthusiasm.
