Volunteering
Volunteers are crucial to the successful running of Petersfield CC and we have a
great team of volunteers who work together to run the club. As volunteers
ourselves we are very aware of why people volunteer and what might stop them
from volunteering.
Many people feel that they are stepping into something that they will not be
able to get out of at any time in the future. They think that they will end up
taking on more and more and they will be lumbered with the tasks for many years
and unable to find anyone to replace them. In order to overcome these fears, at
Petersfield CC we expect that:
